The digital age has brought enormous benefits to our society, but also new challenges. Among these, digital addictions are among the most emerging and worrisome. In response to this growing reality, Lugano Living Lab, the urban laboratory of the City of Lugano, in collaboration with IBSA Foundation for Scientific Research, are pleased to announce a public event entitled #digitaleOn0ff, focusing on the theme of digital addictions by questioning the sensitive link of our relationship with media and physical and mental health. The event is aimed at middle and high school youth, parents and anyone interested in the topic of digital addictions. The program of the #digitalOn0ff event includes free workshops and discussions focused on our relationship with digital media and the importance of our mental and physical health.
L’era digitale ha portato enormi vantaggi alla nostra società, ma anche nuove sfide. Tra queste le dipendenze digitali sono tra le più emergenti e preoccupanti. In risposta a questa crescente realtà, Lugano Living Lab, il laboratorio urbano della Città di Lugano, in collaborazione con IBSA Foundation per la ricerca scientifica, sono lieti di annunciare un evento pubblico dal titolo #digitaleOn0ff, focalizzato sul tema delle dipendenze digitali interrogandosi sul legame sensibile del nostro rapporto con i media e la salute fisica e mentale. L’evento si rivolge ai giovani di scuole medie e superiori, genitori e chiunque sia interessato al tema delle dipendenze digitali. Il programma dell’evento #digitaleOn0ff include workshop gratuiti a scelta su iscrizione e discussioni incentrate sul nostro rapporto con i media digitali e sull'importanza della nostra salute mentale e fisica.
