The 24/7 DIY Video Summit returns with a new feature-length program of the latest in anime music videos, political remixes, fan vids, videoblogs, and the YouTube scene.
Please join us for an evening at the Hammer Art Museum on October 5 to enjoy the latest in online, geek, remix, and fan culture, curated to highlight the most recent trends and techniques emerging from the DIY and amateur online video world (full disclosure: I curated the machinima/game videos section).
The evening kicks off with a talk by transmedia guru Henry Jenkins at 6pm, and ends with a reception in the courtyard featuring VJ and remix artist Mike Relm. More details on the event can be found here and the 24/7 web site, where you can also see the videos from our 2008 summit.
