About Avatar: you should see "KazenotaninoNausicaa by Hayao Miyazaki, 1984 (Nausicaa of the Wind valley ). It hasn't been translated in Italian, of course, bu it might be translated in French or English. More than 20 years ago the same post-atomic scenario and plot (nature vs technology, good vs bad, etc.) had been developped without 3D effects but with so many subtleties and fades Cameron is not able even to figure out. It's a pity that such a strong and visionary power can be wasted in each occasion, both in Titanic and Avatar. Cameron is an effective director yet an awful screenplay writer. That's it. Repetita non juvant. He could be Italian, we are so distinctive in repeating.
